Abstract

The research aims at basic indicators that help in revealingMonitoring the frameworks used by the websites of Iraqi newspapersTo address the topics of the Belt and Road project , AndIdentify the multimedia used by the websites of the Iraqi newspapers in dealing with the subject of the Belt and Road project. The problem centeredresearch With two questionsWhat are the media frameworks used by the websites of Iraqi newspapers?In addressing the issue of the Belt and Road project?The second question isWhat multimedia did the websites of the Iraqi newspapers use in dealing with the subject of the Belt and Road project? and aThe researcher will use the survey methodaAll requirements ofresearchTo know the phenomena and situations and their interpretation,The researcher used the analytical studystyleComprehensive inventory of the research community represented by the topics contained in the websites of the Iraqi newspapers, which are (Al-Sabah, Lazaman, and Al-Sabah Al-Jadeed).According to the data of the survey conducted by the researcher, the researcher concluded at the endhis researchtonumber of results Most notably:

1. Interest in employing the image at a high rate of 88.2% to clarify and highlight the importance of the topics of the Belt and Road project, while the lack of interest in other multimedia.

2. issued Infrastructure topics in the total websites of the newspapers under study, as it ranked first with a percentage of 32.4%, political topics ranked second with a percentage of 28.6%, while economic issues ranked third with a percentage of 26.9%, and diplomatic issues came in the fourth and last place with a percentage of 12.1% .

3. The frameworks of the strategy topped the attention of the total number of newspapers under study, as it ranked first and obtained a percentage44.5%.
